The room was well heated and immaculately clean with 2 king size beds and great shower plus a balcony, GOOD service.

The staff were super cool and helped us plan our adventures to the Blue Mosque and Taksim Square. The room was huge and the bathroom was lit! Housekeeping kept it spotless, no lie. The location was dope, just a quick tram ride away from all the sick sights. Would def book again, no cap!

The only thing we wished for was a sick party scene at the hotel. It would've been lit to have a rooftop bar or a chill lounge where we could turn up with our squad.

Had real good stay for a business trip. Well heated room with a balcony, knowledgeable staff — everything was very good. Having a personal safe, an air conditioning, and an iron was very convenient. The location was magnificent, relatively near Hekimoglu Ali Pasa Mosque. You could walk to shops and a supermarket. I did not want to leave there, so recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, offering me a cup of black tea as soon as I arrived. They even gave me an extra hour for check-out, which was perfect after running a half marathon and needing a shower. The breakfast spread was fantastic with a wide variety of delicious food options. And the best part was the free upgrade to a luxurious room! It was spacious and comfortable, offering me a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The guestrooms at Hotel Grand Umit are amazing! They have cozy seating areas to relax after a long day of exploring. Plus, the beds are super comfy with premium bedding. I couldn't ask for more as a nature lover like me!
